What a pleasure it was to step out and see the hotel across from the train station, making every walk to picturesque sites like Petite France and the beautiful Rohan Palace easy.

Unfortunately, I faced significant issues with the check-in process. I received a concerning email about my credit card authorization being rejected just a day before my arrival. Upon contacting the hotel promptly, they failed to address my situation, which led to the cancellation of my reservation while I was en route to the hotel.

The location is convenient and the staff friendly. Although the hotel did not have a parking lot, there is the possibility to park nearby. The room was clean and the size of the room was good, although the furnishing was not that new.

Breakfast was pretty basic and although the weather was great we did not have the possibility to eat outside. Our room was at the front of the hotel and it was pretty noisy in the morning.

Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with a double bed and fresh towels. The location is unbeatable, relatively close to three bridges.

I found it quite noisy, in spite of having earplugs I kept waking up because of noises in the street (the window frames should be renewed) and in the hotel (doors poorly insulated, massive metal keys make A LOT of noise). It was nice they offer a FREE WiFi connection, but mine was very poor (5th floor), I couldn't use it to work on my laptop. Staff not very reliable: at 2.30 pm I ordered room service for 4 pm and had to call again at about 4.10 and it took another 10 minutes to come, also they told me a taxi takes abt 10 mins to arrive after you order it: it came 25 mins after ordering it and calling twice.
